Refund Policy

At Cocopod, a retail brand operated by Boxwork Inc., we are committed to delivering high-quality products and providing an excellent customer experience. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to resolve concerns fairly, transparently, and promptly.

If you are dissatisfied with your order or product(s) for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of your order date at  contact@boxwork.ca and include your order number along with a brief description of your concern. Each request is reviewed individually, and depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Due to health, safety, and quality considerations, we are unable to accept returns of food products, consumable items, or personal care products unless the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds and other resolutions are provided only after a careful review of each request. Any resolution offered will reflect the nature of the issue and our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of product quality, food safety, and customer service.

Cocopod reserves the right to monitor refund activity and may limit refunds, store credits, or replacements where abuse of this policy is suspected. Our customer support team is authorized to make decisions in accordance with this policy, and we respectfully ask customers to honor those decisions.

For international orders, shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges are non-refundable. We also do not recommend using third-party freight forwarding or package forwarding services. Cocopod is not responsible for losses, damages, delays, or regulatory issues associated with these services, and orders shipped through them are not eligible for replacement or refund.

At this time, merchandise shipped outside Canada is generally not eligible for return unless required by applicable law or unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
